Washington D.C. – Science and Technology Committee Ranking Member Ralph Hall (R-TX) today recognized Armadillo Aerospace of Rockwall, Texas and Masten Space Systems of Mojave, California for winning the Lunar Lander Challenge. Major General Charles F. Bolden, Jr. (USMC-Ret), Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) was on hand to award a total of $1.65 million in prizes to the two winning companies.
